If Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing care is required, you will receive that care at a predetermined, substantially discounted monthly rate for as long as you need it.

How much does it cost to live at Edgehill?

The cost of living at Edgehill is made up of two parts:

  1. A one-time entrance fee that is 90 percent refundable to you or your estate.
  2. A monthly fee that is dependent on the apartment home style you select. Monthly fees start at $6,750.

What does the monthly fee cover?
