Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus!

The RN is responsible for:

  • Directing and supervising the daily work assignments of resident care assistants.
  • Serving as first point of contact for care associates regarding assignment questions or concerns.
  • Closely mentoring, guiding and directing lead resident care assistants in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
  • Effectively balancing service demands with supporting resident independence.
  • Accurately assessing, communicating and documenting residents’ status.
  • Observing and reporting any significant changes in resident behavior and health to resident care director, physician, family, RCAs and executive director per state regulations.

Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The CNA is responsible for:

  • Interacting with residents and families on a daily basis.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay.
  • Handling advanced directives and end-of-life care.
  • Following the resident care standards and practices to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Assisting residents with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
