Human Resources Director Bryan Sy leads the charge in creating a community and team of associates that is built to thrive.

For close to 20 years, Brian has dedicated his career to putting his best foot forward in all positions he has held at Edgehill.

In addition to building lasting relationships with residents and their loved ones, Bryan’s favorite part of serving the Edgehill community is the stories of our residents.

“It is like listening to living history, and I listen every chance I get.”

Outside of work, Bryan can be found playing golf or traveling with his family.
