Role and Responsibilities

Resident Care Director Latrina Annosier oversees the clinical care plans of residents, coordinating continuity of care with physicians, family members and other specialists. She says the best part of her job is interacting with residents and their families. She also enjoys “learning about the history of the residents, getting to know how fabulous their lives have been and the diversity of the contributions they have made.”

Passion for Senior Care

Latrina’s passion for working with the elderly led to her role as resident care director at Edgehill. “As residents age, they deserve a great quality of life,” Latrina says.

Career Journey

As a registered nurse with a master’s degree in leadership and nursing management, Latrina manages and educates CNAs, RCAs and LPNs. She has a lengthy professional background in nursing and instruction.

Personal Interests

When she is not working, the self-professed soccer mom enjoys fine dining, reading, vacationing and spending time with family and friends.
