Anthony’s experience reaches into the corporate culinary world having served Fairfield County companies such as Clairol and General Electric.
Chef Anthony believes in producing exceptional meals using classic techniques and fresh, high-quality ingredients, and Edgehill is fortunate to have had him on the team for over fifteen years.

When not cooking delectable meals for our residents, Chef Anthony spends his time in the garden. He also enjoys to fish, sail and hike.
