Chris Massaro

Health Care Administrator Christopher Massaro, Sr., is passionate about ensuring exceptional experiences for every one of Edgehill’s Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Community residents.

“Every resident has a unique story to tell,” he says. “I am grateful and humbled knowing our team can make a positive contribution to their life’s story.”

A graduate of Boston College, Chris also is certified in Long Term Care Administration. He has been working in Skilled Nursing for 30 years.

As health care administrator, he is responsible for navigating and ensuring compliance with ever-changing state and federal regulations, managing budgets and implementing quality improvement projects.

Chris says one of the best parts of his job is “the challenges of providing outstanding healthcare and delivering it with top-flight customer service.

“Edgehill is a unique facility. I often describe it as a Skilled Nursing Facility located within a 5 Star hotel.”

In his off-hours, Chris enjoys sports, travel and spending time with family and friends.
