Heart of the Community Award
In partnership with Benchmark Senior Living, the Heart of the Community Award celebrates residents whose extraordinary contributions leave a lasting impact on Edgehill and beyond.
This year, Karen Joelson receives this distinguished honor for her unwavering commitment to serving others. From championing local causes like Pacific House and the Domestic Violence Crisis Center to her inspiring leadership of Edgehill’s Social Action Committee, Karen embodies the true essence of philanthropy.
Previous honorees Joan Weisman and Jim Duffy also exemplified this legacy of service, demonstrating the profound difference one person can make through passion, generosity and dedication.
